- Held senior level engineering positions, including president, in several engineering firms with a proven track record of opening new markets and driving revenue growth
- Served as the president of four not-for-profit transportation, trade, and infrastructure associations including the International Bridge, Tunnel and Turnpike Association (IBTTA)
- Provided expert testimony to Congress and to the New York Senate on border operations and infrastructure security concerning immigration, trade, and transportation corridors
